Hot Tub Service

This service is also ideal for a spring re-commission. Your hot tub must be full of water when our engineer arrives.

What we do on the service

• Pipe cleaning solution added to water on arrival, along with shock dose.
  After a long period of time and consistent use, your hot tub will build up a layer of dirt and fats that will sit in the pipe work. The product we add removes the built up dirt and cleans the pipe work.
• Filters are put into soak in cleaning solution.
  This solution is provided by us and is added to your bill unless you have your own, older filters may need to be replaced and are available at an additional cost.
• We check and cleaned every jet that is removable to regain optimum performance level.
  Every effort is made to clear each individual water jet of grit and dirt and to ensure that they can be moved freely.
• Performance and Full maintenance check.
  Pumps, blowers, and other major components are electronically measured for performance. Each component is inspected for wear and tear. We also listen for abnormal noise and inspect that they are still water tight.
• Pipe work and glue joint inspection.
  All pipe work and glue joints are inspected.
  This is to ensure there are no leaks, kinks, or bends in the pipe work.
• The Spa is emptied, clean, rinse down, and vacuumed out.
  This also includes vacuuming out the cabinet inspection area.
• We note any suggested repairs, and carry out repairs agreed with customer
  Any further work carried out is subject to additional service charges along with any components used. If major work is required then we may need to visit again at a later date.
• Clean out head out circulation pump and check heater is clear and free of scale
• Tighten all unions, inspect and replace any small seals if required
  Gaskets and o'rings if needed are included in the service charge, pump shaft seals are extra.
• We re-fill the spa with fresh water, rinse and re-fit filters
• We prime all pumps of air and re-commission
• The water is balances using customer chemicals, recorded and sign off the service with the customer
  Chemicals are also available to buy if required, along with extras like a new hot tub cover, hot tub cover lifter, or hot tub accessories.
• Wipe clean and replace the cover, then apply 303 protection solution
