Recent trends show that visitor numbers peaked in 2003. Since then there has been a slow decline due to the general economic conditions. However, there is an exception to this trend. It occurs in the months from January through to April. Research is showing roughly a 10% increase from last year and 5% increase on the 2003 peak figures!
The occupancy rates for these three months average 27.66% meaning that some operators are attracting some very valuable out of Season revenue. Our existing customers offering Hot Tubs are enjoying a similar experience. Add to this the extra rental (£70 to £100 per week) during the peak season and it is not hard to see the attraction.
