Northern Exposure® is the ultimate hot tub insulation system. This patent pending thermal barrier technology recycles the free heat energy for more efficient heating and lower energy costs. All four sides of the spa, plus the floor and cover are lined with reflective copper material to reflect radiant heat energy generated from the pumps back into the spa. Heat is absorbed back into the plumbing helping raise and maintain water temperature. Finally the entire exterior of the hot tub is wrapped in 3M Thinsulate® Insulation, the same incredible material utilised in winter clothing. But in a constantly evolving technological world, sometimes things look like a maze of options. The in.touch 2 points the way out of the maze thanks to its simple and efficient configuration options.

The in.touch 2 comes with a state-of-the-art app and two pre-paired radio frequency transmitters: one as part of your hot tub system and the other connected to the Internet router. Both RF transmitters are pre-linked to one another, enabling immediate and perfect communication through our proprietary RF technology. The in.touch 2 transceivers emit a strong, stable and long-range signal between hot tub and router.

The streamlined in.touch 2 application for iOS or Android makes it easy to control and program your hot tub’s functions and features from any smartphone or tablet, even when you’re away from home. Push notifications will always provide the status of the hot tub, even when the app is not open.

Continuous Cast Acrylic

Every AMERICAN WHIRLPOOL® hot tub has an attractive interior finish made from continuous cast acrylic. This is superior to Ethelyene “soft plastic” surfaces. The hard, non-porous surface resists stains, fading, scratches and chemical abuse. With the look of pearl or metalescence, the extremely rugged and durable finish offers beauty and peace of mind.

Weather Shield Insulating Cover AMERICAN WHIRLPOOL’s premium grade insulating covers contain a unique copper lining, removable heat sealing pillows to vent excess heat off in the summer and a tailored fit to keep the heat in when cooler.

The cover also acts as an important safety barrier to the spa.
