Moreton316 Stainless Steel Heater

For those seeking additional corrosion resistance, we have our premium 316 stainless steel heater.

The grade 316 stainless steel heat is standard on the Moreton model. With a composition of 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% molybdenum, this heater boasts enhanced corrosion resistance, owing to the molybdenum content. Not only does our 316 stainless steel heater excel in resisting chlorine and oxidation, but it also thrives in acidic environments, making it a suitable choice for hot tubs subjected to chemical treatments.

Thermo Wood Cladding

Thermowood is wood that has been treated with heat to improve its stability and durability.  The process removes moisture from the wood, which makes it more stable and resistant to rot and decay.

Eco-Friendly Luxury: Our Nordic Wood Hot Tub Cladding

At Cotswold Eco Tubs, we understand that the key to a remarkable hot tub lies in the materials used to craft it. That’s why we turn to the pristine forests of Nordic countries for our hot tub cladding.  Our commitment to quality and sustainability has led us on a journey to source the finest materials for our Eco Tub cladding.

But what makes this wood so special?

1. Thicker Grain: Nordic wood boasts a thicker grain pattern compared to wood from other regions. This unique characteristic adds a touch of elegance and authenticity to our hot tubs. It’s a nod to the timeless craftsmanship that’s synonymous with Nordic design.

2. Durability: Nordic wood is renowned for its durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions. The cold and unpredictable climate of these regions produces wood that can withstand extreme temperatures and moisture, making it ideal for outdoor use.

3. Sustainability: We take great pride in sourcing our wood from responsibly managed forests in Nordic countries. These forests are known for their sustainable harvesting practices, ensuring that for every tree we use, several more are planted in its place.
