When I joined Cornish Hot Tubs in 2015 my role was to work in both the sales and servicing side of the business.

As Service Manager, my primary role is to look after the 300+ customers we have signed up to Pre-Paid servicing. Pre-Paid Service is a great way too look after your hot tub, After 12 manageable payments you get your annual service plus extra benefits.

I also assist customers with any technical advice they need. I specialise in the foundation of technology.

Outside of work i love spending time with my family and two Huskies.
In my downtime, I listen to a variety of music styles, play and watch football, F1, Occasionally like Gaming and enjoy a Gin (or2).

My nickname is ‘The Legend’, A customer once called me The Cornish Legend and it’s stuck, My Family just call me Grumpy.
