Tim and his Team did a cracking job to replace my old pump with a new ASHP.. It was not a straightforward job so I was very thankful that Cornish Hot Tubs would take on the job and with the minimum of fuss. The 2 Matts were polite and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. Very satisfied and would throughly recommend.

Cornish Hot Tubs are fantastic! I called them on Saturday with a broken down pump. By Monday morning they had sourced the pump and fitted it. No hassle, no fuss. Just incredibly good service at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much!

After being let down by our local hot tub supplier we found Cornish Hot Tubs and we were very glad we did. From first contact to installation they have been amazing. We had a look around their showroom and got to sit in the tub which when you're making a large purchase you want to know its right for you. Their sales team (Tim & Emma) were very informative and gave good recommendations and kept you informed every step of the way. The installation went so smoothly, we arranged a crane due to our circumstances and they liaised with them. No hard sell at all, completely pressure free and answered many a question that we had. The installer (Matt) took great care and pride in his work and did a professional job, he also gave us great setup and aftercare information.
